We here in the CatBox,we expect to get the rain Wednesday into Thursday with temps in the low 80s.

A little rain would be fine, but I'd just as soon skip the rest of the 'hurricane'. There's a reason I don't live on gulf coast and hurricanes is pretty high up on that list.
Besides I want to go riding Fri nite and a hurricane might mess things up. And lastly I'm traveling Sun afternoon, so depending on when and how long it lasts it could make for a long day.
Other than that bring it on. ;-)

Come on, get down with that weather nerd hidden deep down inside you!
It will only be rain, no worries...last time a hurricane came our way, Phoenix barely got an inch of rain out of it...huge disappointment.
Granted, you are right, the track is moved, but it still means moisture for us and with it so hot, a great chance for thunderstorms tonight and the next few days.
